Should be between Ali,Duran and SRL so it's basically 92-49.

Worrying half think outside these three whatever the reason.

    ALL POLLS SHOULD BE PUBLIC.

I voted for Sugar Ray Leonard. His win over Duran in their second bout was more impresive than Duran's win over him in their first bout. He also has wins over Wilfred Benitez and Thomas Hearns as well as Marvin Hagler. All of whom Duran lost to.
A case can be made for Roberto Duran. He is among the best lightweights ever some would say the best. (I disagree B.Leonard and P. Whitaker are a head of him in my opinon). He also won titttles at welterweight, light middleweight and middleweight.
A case could also be made for Roy Jones Jr. I think he is easly the best super middleweight of all time, and yes that includes Calzaghe. I'd pick him in any head to head match up at 168 and 175. He could also beat anyone at 160 as well but There are a few guys Robinson and Manzoon come to mind that I 'd pick over him. He had the size and speed to be hell for anyone 160-200 lbs. He held tittles at middle, super midle, light heavy and heavyweight. His comption could have ben better but it was not as bad as his critics clame.
Floyd Mayweather also could have gotten my vote. He is as good a boxer as they come. He might not have the most exciting style but there are not too many in the history of boxing who are better than him in terms of ability. He also has tittles at super featherweight, lightweight, light welterweight, welterweight, and light middleweight. Like Jones he could have better compition but it is not as bad as his critics make it out to be.

You know, I wanted to argue with this but I cant. I wanted to think that Esteban De Jesus was an ATG but he just isnt. And Leonard, he did lose fair and square but i'll say this, if he fought his "fight" or "Style", it is fair to assume that he would have won.

I love Duran, his win over a bloodies Davey Moore is indelible in my memory. But he did lose to all the great fighters except SRL. Many forget that Benitez also defeated him clearly

    Leonard

good list for p4p, i voted mike tyson cause i think he can destroy all of them in h2h matchup, even 0-2 against holyfield, tyson in his prime would ktfo holy, having doubts against ali though. careerwise tyson shouldnt be there.

You could look it that way but you could also say that Duran prevented him from ever fulfilling his potential.. DeJesus more then likely could of done so much more if Duran wasnt around. His talent and skill level were clearly top shelf.

Put it this way I would not hesitate to pick DeJesus and Buchanan over any titlist from 130-140 right now..Except Pac and not because I dont feel there is an arguement for them to beat him, its just Im trying to refrain from putting him in these matchups until he forges more of a career at these higher weights, Id also say DeJesus-Hatton would be a 50-50 fight..And many would argue that lightweight, is one of if not the strongest division in the world right now.

People always seem to say if only Leonard had fought "his" fight in that first fight...Well he had 15 rounds to do it against a smaller man and couldnt find the answer..You cant take anything away from Duran that night, he was just the better fighter regardless of how the rematches went, it still doesnt take away from that performance.

Regarding the Benitez fight...I dont think it was exactly onesided, though it was very clear who won it. It was against a bigger man 7 years his junior who was now well seasoned and in a division that suited Wilfred's older, more developed body..Wilfred lost to Hearns next up and then began his downward spiral but he was damn near the peak of his powers against Duran and I dont feel Roberto was.

People are totally writing off his reign at lightweight, which had some superb names on it...Fair enough it had its share of nobodies but the man fought 7-8 times a year..Thats just unheard of these days.

Well I should be getting a copy of Ishimatsu-Rojas within a week or so...So hopefully the announcing of the records is on the tape and we can see what gets announced...I got close to confirming what it was but the online newspaper article database makes you pay and the one I usually use didnt have it...It only showed a snippit of the article...I couldnt be bothered chasing it up anymore then that, so I found a mate who is pretty sure he has the fight on tape.
I can also get a better gauge of how this guy was as a fighter...Im going to guess someone who lasts 14 rounds with Ishimatsu and takes quite a few rounds off him in the process cant possibly be that bad.
