    Floyd is and it's not even close.

    Pacquiao skills and ring intelligence is just not in the same league as Floyd.

    how would we know Floyd hasn't beaten Pac ?

    Floyd is better by perception but proving it in the ring with Pac in 12 rounds is a different story...
