Calzaghe's easily a level above JMM as an all around fighter H2H P4P.:good

JMM is a superior technition however.

    Sebastien

Ive already got a 3 month bet with dan-b and a 1 month bet with mney mayweather.

So you all can do it in one of two ways:

    1. You all pick an avatar for me and I wear it for 7 months

    2. I do it in order of time and you can pick your own avatar for me

    It wont matter though, :yep

Nah, it won't matter. Hopkins fans keep saying that us Calzaghe supporters are nervous in all actuality... that's definitley not my case.

I just like winding them up and know it's a mostly useless fight that'll be a domination stoppage or decision.

Hopkins fans are the ones who are concerned, they've been coming out more and more lately.

Nah, you just look like an idiot.

He couldn't stop Taylor, Eastman, Wright, Tarver and other guys who were there to be hit(Wright's case for being blown up) and yet he's going to stop Calzaghe when he lacks the power to even put him down?

Calzaghe's movement and lateral work is more defence than Hopkins has encountered in a while.

Nobody Hopkins has fought in recent times, aside from Taylor and DLH, were good movers and Calzaghe is a GREAT mover whom Taylor or DLH cannot compare too.

    :yep

Hey *****, why don't you wait until the fight to call me an idiot?

I don't mind arguing about "WHY" you think "X or Y" is gonna happen. But calling me an idiot?

The day after the fight, I'm going to do myself a favor and spend a couple minutes digging out that post of yours, and I'll rub it.

That's what is great with boxing, bull**** always ends on fightnight.

Calzaghe TKO 8, wins every round, you won't even be around after the fight.

I said you look like an idiot because there is a 0% chance of Hopkins stopping anyone decent at this point in his career, much less someone of Calzaghe's calibre. When is the last time Hopkins stopped anyone?

    DLH? Please.

    Now lets discuss technique...

What you call movement I call jumping around. Now that's alright when you are fighting euro stiffs who only know forward and backward, but when you fight someone who's able to control his movement like Nard, you're in for a counter-punching fest.

Kessler, even though his movement sucks, was able to lure Calzaghe into tons of uppercuts and straight rights.

Calzaghe is a rythm fighter, he needs that momentum going and wins by forcing the other guy to stop thinking. Bernard will not fall into that trap. He won't be worried about losing points because Calzaghe is playing "touch boxing"... he'll just make him miss enough to get him to overcommit, and he'll land, and he'll land frequently.

    Moreover.

Calzaghe's never faced a guy that knows more tricks than he does. Some things he's going to meet in there he will not even have conceived of. He'll start thinking, and when a guy like Calzaghe starts thinking, something he never had to do, he's finished.

Calzaghe's just another Hatton, actually, no... Hatton had beat much better fighters before he got humiliated by Floyd.
