The better all-rounder is Joe. No question.

Not sure, but Hatton's win against Tszyu is much more impressive than anything Calzaghe ever did.

    Just now.

Joe Calzaghe, if Ricky wins on sunday then he would be ahead of Joe.

Calzaghe. He's a level ahead. Faster, more skilled, has more dimensions and better stamina.
Hatton beats him in punching power and equals him in mental toughness.

Very true! But just looking at both men on the surface it looks like Joe would be the easy guess....but if only looking at opposition and record Hatton would be the easy choice. There would be NO question if JOE had of lived up to his potential and made fights that showed his talent and champions spirit....now every has to question.:think

Joe never came close to losing, no shady decisions in his record. Even Hatton's trainer admits he got a gift against Collazo. Hatton is very good with his style, but he has no stylistic options. Joe showed against Kessler ho he can adjust, he can beat an opponent on the inside, outside, whatever it takes. And Joe's performance against Kessler was more impressive in my book than Hatton's win over Tszyu. Hatton - Tszyu and Calzaghe - Eubank are on a similar level, good wins against faded legends.

Joe never came close to loosing b/c he has never faced anyone who could present a challenge to him due to him fighting BELOW his talent and skill level. He made an entire career of that. Kessler wasn't a GREAT win....it was very good b/c Kessler was the 2nd best at 168 but who did Kessler ever beat? Ask that same question about Tszyu and you'll find a list of Very good to GREAT fighters that KT beat. There are NO great names on Joe's record aside from Eubanks and he was clearly passed his prime even more so than Kostya was when Hatton beat him.
