And you dont think Taylor's skill was above decent either? He didnt exactly outbrawl or outwork one of the best technical boxers ever in Hopkins did he? His boxing skills combined with youth and athletic ability got him through a very close fight.

I never said Taylor merely had decent skills, you said that. Now you seem to be trying to make a case that his skills are above decent.

    Taylor > Witter
    Gevor > Holt
    Simon > Peterson

    Bradley/Campbell was a no contest.

Here's a tip, all his losses came by a very close fight he was enroute to winning except for a huge punch that ended it for him towards end of the fight. Matter of lasting seconds longer than man would be rated top 5 p4p today.

Bradley has never faced anyone with p4p punching power of those guys...could he last the full 12 rounds too?

Taylor has shown himself to be on their level atleast. A shot guy wouldnt be winning the fight until the 12th round in the final seconds.

That's actually only true of one of his four losses.

Abraham - Taylor was going to lose on the cards.
    Pavlik 1 - Round seven
Pavlik 2 - lost on points.

I was gonna say except Arthur but couldnt be arsed. Besides, some people actually had it scored for Taylor so its no obscene.

Taylor was never en route to winning the Abraham fight. And Pavlik beat him by decision the second time. The first time Taylor was already gassed in the 7th anyways.

Against Froch, even if Taylor makes it to the final bell, the fight would be a razor thin split decision.

No way he would be top5 p4p today in any case. Absolutely no way.

I thought he put up a very good fight against Pavlik in the 2nd fight. Coulda had Pavlik out of there in the first. He wasnt loosing too badly to Abraham.

    Exactly, isnt this Bradley-Abraham? :D

As it stands, Bradley doesnt have a single fighter on his resume anywhere close to Taylor.
