Devon really didn't dominate Witter. And Bradley got a split decision on Witter's home turf. No way should that have been a SD. Urango is a good JWW, but his title reigns have been a joke. Both times he won vacant title. The first time he got a title, it was a via a very controversial decision against Ben Rabah on Urango's home turf. Even Urango's fans were booing. The other time, he got the title by beating up a solid fighter in the form of Ngoudju. Other than that fight, and the win against Baily were he almost got knocked out, Urango's resume is pretty thin.

I voted for bradley but I am going more by potential. Right now I will say AA but with a little more seasoning bradley. i do not put as much weight on record as others but I look at skill set and talent.

I really don't see the comparison between Bradley and Taylor.

One way of looking at this is judging how well Tim does if/when he moves up to 147. He's already got relatively soft hands at 140, so will he be able to earn respect and maintain breathing room against welterweights?

The reason this query is called for is that Abraham made his mark at 160, and seems to have carried all his upside with him up a division. If Bradley, after having made his mark at 140, can be as effective after making the same jump (within a pound anyway) you can make a direct head to head comparison of just how effective each was over the span of two divisions.

WTH does that have to do with who is better pound for pound?

I guess I can't really fault you for that, many people mistakenly use that as their criteria.

In the classic sense, determining who is better "pound for pound" is about who is a greater head to head threat relative to their size - to other guys their size or to guys bigger/smaller if you zapped them with a ray gun that made them the exact same size. It's a hypothetical qualitative property - based on conjectural matches, not "who's beaten more notable names". Its meaning has morphed and muddied over the years, so unfortunately your criteria is not far off from what most people nowadays refer to as "p4p".

What necessarily are we talking here? Who has the better resume or if both guys were fighting in the same weight class who would win?

If you put it that way then, I feel Bradely is better offensive and Abraham defensive with Bradely bit more mental talent and Abe more physical talent if that makes sense.

In a H2H match-up, I favor Abraham since either of these fighters will have to be the aggressor and Bradely will most likely take that role of the two since he is more versatile.

Yeah, if you put Abraham in a 140 lb body and give him proportionately the same speed, power, and reflex that he has at 160/8, or put Bradley in a middleweight body and likewise carried over all his assets in proportion, I tend to agree that Abraham would bully and stop him. Against other elites at either (or any other) weight, Bradley can probably outbox a lot of guys that might give Abraham problems.

I go with Abraham. He made a nice reign at Middleweight and moved up to Super Middleweight and destroyed Miranda and Taylor.
