Who is bigger puncher 4, Calderon or Valuev?

The answer is: P4P was invented by latino boxing fans because they were annoyed that their fighters were overlooked and that the popular divisions were middle-weight, heavy-weight etc.

So P4P is a way of putting their fighters ahead and the implicit rule is that it favors the smaller fighters.

If one considers punching power relative to what could be reasonably expected due to the size of a person, Valulev is certainly the weakest puncher in the history of boxing. It's a huge achievement that he manages to punch as weak as he does.

 

Even taking into consideration he's a HW, p4p, I would not say Valuev was feather fisted - Calderon is. The Cold War is over guys...
