Golovkin and Kovalev have advantages over guys like Roman Gonzalez because they are in those heavier weight classes. But Anthony Joshua is in the heaviest weight class, speaks fluent English, and is younger; so there is more time to be a star and go on talkshows. Based on that alone I'd go with Joshua. Alvarez' English speaking skills have already made him a bigger star than Golovkin and Kovalev, even though he isn't any more accomplished.

Golovkin, due to the exposure HBO's giving him, and because he keeps battering people left and right every 3 months.

Anthony Joshua seems like a legit pick at this point in time. IF he manages to become Klitschko's successor, no doubt he'll become the man.

Doubt that it could be a lower weight guy. Even Mayweather and Pacquiao aren't truly that big worldwide despite all the money.

He's right. Where I come from the standard response is "who?" when I mention Pac or Floyd. (Pac is a little more known)

In the Tyson era even my granny knew when he boxed and what the result was. He was the last really big boxing star.

The hate Broner gets is unreal... LOL he's already the biggest "star" out of this group. He's been on your with some of hip hop biggest stars that millions of casual and noncasual fans have seen him. He's been involved in severalincidents to put himself in the spot light. The ***tape, flushing money, The Can man racial controversy, giving homeless man money, plus the biggest hype move was to be seen alone side Floyd for 3 years as "baby bro", imitating Floyd persona, etc... love him or hate him he's the star amongst the group.
