Froch in my opinion. Never in a boring fight except for Ward who ruins any fight he's in. Exactly what you want if you're a person who puts his fights on TV. Comes forward, throws big shots and doesn't care whatsoever about his defence. Proper throwback stuff, like the great fights from the 60's, 70's and 80's. Khan is exciting too but for different reasons. It's edge of your seat stuff because you never know if he's going to smash his opponent or get completely sparked out himself. It's like watching a car crash on the motorway. Haye too when he decides to show up. Every single fight he's in he promises fireworks and a complete demolition job yet usually he just fights lamely. Chisora and Maccarinelli fights he delivered but against Valuev, Audley and Klitschko it was awful. Macklin deserves props too. His aggressive style like Froch's means his fights are usually great to watch. Been in a fair few barnstormers has Matthew. His fight with Jamie Moore is arguably my favourite ever. The fight with Sturm was my 2011 FOTY.
To be fair to haye.. The way he fought vs valuev was the only way he could've won Imo.. And he still nearly managed to knock him out in the tenth or eleventh of whatever round it was.
Khan I'm not his biggest fan anymore but you never really know what's gonna happen due to his vulnerability makes his fights exciting.
Khan in terms of just not knowing what will happen in the ring and the hype outside of it. Froch is probably in the best fights and Macklin is usually in exciting fights too. Excitement building around Fury due to his loud mouth and prospect status in the flagship but ailing HW division.
Its between David Haye & Amir Khan. Carl Froch is too slow, predictable to technically look exciting! But he is a warrior after all. Technical and visibly to watch! Haye and Khan for me are more exciting.
Khan. He's already at world level (although the back to back losses has put him back a bit) so he's not gonna be facing journeymen or having learning fights. The guy is a big name so whenever he fights it causes this forum to go into meltdown. His vulnerability makes him even more exciting. He could be winning comfortably and get sparked out at any time. If he does...BOOM! This forum explodes. Haye is a close second. Always a good build up when he fights, has knockout power, and has been stopped himself in the past. His fights against Valuev and Klit were dull though. Fury is the next superstar, but he's still learning, and the level of his opponents won't be as high, so he's not quite on that level just yet.
I'll give the edge to Khan. He's been in some exciting fights so far and can only see him having alot more as he gets older and loses his speed. Would love to see him vs Matthysse and/or Broner. Edit - and rios... and alvarado, infact most of 140.
Khan's fights seem to be choreographed by Hollywood directors. He is by far more exciting than Carl Froch, and his style is more exciting. Froch is slow, and abit monged out. He has not got this earth shattering power like Haye, that makes you think..? Every punch could end it.
Khan due to his vulnerability. If he's in with a world class evenly matched fighter (ie-not old, shot, feather fisted) then your almost guaranteed drama and excitement. The Maidana, Peterson and Garcia fights were all like something out of Hollywood as someone rightly said.
It's between Khan and Froch. Haye is just pitiful. There was nothing exciting about any of his bouts at Heavyweight besides the buzz he actually carried because he was a heavyweight.
I think Cleverly has the potential to be up there if given the right fights. He's full of ego, that usually leads to the type of fights people want to see if given the right opponent.
