Dude the whole point of this ducking issue is that you're making it out like Dawson ducked Diaconu out of fear. If you're gonna say he's ducking just be clear on what you're talking about. If fighting better fighters with more name recognition is ducking to you then OK he's ducking Diaconu to fight better fighters.
But since you said he ducking him then only your opinion of it counts? I respect the fact that Diaconu is his mandatory so with that said it's not really important if I think that or not. My point is I really don't think you can say that Dawson is ducking him because he wants to fight Tarver next. Maybe the WBC should strip him if he failed to meet his mandatory but if he dropped the belt and fought Tarver anyway would you still consider him ducking or just a smart career move?
No...all in all, Dawson ducked Diaconu more than Calzaghe ducked Stieglitz. When Calzaghe failed to start negotiations to fight his mandatory, he was stripped. Stieglitz got his title fight against Berrio. When Dawson failed to start negotiations to fight Diaconu, nothing happened. The WBC extended the deadline. Not only did Dawson fail to start negotiations by the new deadline, but he tried to get Diaconu's mandatory status revoked and started negotiations with Johnson instead. Nothing happened. The WBC extended the deadline and even allowed Dawson to fight Johnson, instead of his mandatory. When Dawson failed to fight Johnson by the new deadline and failed to start negotiations with Diaconu, nothing happened. The WBC allowed him to fight Johnson whenever he wanted, but allowed Diaconu to fight Henry for the Interim title. And guess what? Dawson STILL tried to have Diaconu's mandatory status revoked!!! The WBC finally got him to sign another contract whereby he agrees to fulfill his previous contracts, including the clause that he has to fight the Interim Champ within 120 days! atsch And now, what does he want to do now? He wants to fight Tarver next, with his belt on the table!!! AGAIN! :-( :verysad :-( :verysad :-( The guy is a JOKE! He has no respect for anything or anyone. He is a prima donna and a liar! He is basically a non-issue, you got that right!
Damn, buddy, atsch ...it's not because I said it, that it is a ducking. It is because it is a ducking, that it is a ducking, whether you agree or not!
Ok well it's OBVIOUS that you're biased towards Chad Dawson so it's a waste to even have a discussion about this with you.
Im not trying to offend you in anyway so I don't want to take my questions the wrong way. I just don't understand thats all.:?
I'm out of here; getting nowhere with you...it's like trying to teach Stephen Hawking to dance the Charleston!
yeah, i guess so. but that rare image of someone getting knocked unconcious in the olympics just kinda overshadowed that bit.
Almost everyone can be taken out with one punch if it hits just right and if it's applied by the right man at the right time. Are you saying Diaconu is chinny? Bute was KOed in the Olympics. Is he chinny too? Oh, look...Khan was NOT KOed in the Olympics. I guess that means his chin is better than Diaconu's and Bute's!!!
Look, for all we know, he might have a less than very good chin! Fortunately, Henry is just the man to expose his chin problem, if he has one.:good Not much to wait now...
