Who is greater? Manny Pac. or Roberto Duran?

The votes should've been made public so we can see who the 18 fools are who voted for PAc lol... This is a goddamn shame too lol... Those 18 should be banned for life!

Duran. It's not even close right now, but it could change depending on who Floyd fights over the next couple of years and how he does in those fights.

Mayweather Jr hasn't been in a fight where the danger factor is high with the chance of him losing. It's not like he's climbed off the canvas or avenged a discouraging loss. If and when this happens with respect to the quality of opponents, maybe then we can start putting him in the same sentence as Duran, but not now.

 

If Pac beats Cotto and Floyd it will be mightily impressive but still not as good as beating Leonard. Also don't forget that Duran hammered Buchanan, a superior fighter to Cotto.

Pac has to finish his career to really answer. If he beats Cotto and another great fighter at welter than it is a real tough one to say.

Duran fought with success until his late 30s. I think Manny has to fight more than the 2 more he's planning to surpass Duran.

If Pacquiao went on to beat Cotto and Mayweather before retiring I would rate him higher though.

 

Roberto Duran takes this easily for me. No disservice to Pacquiao at all to be behind Roberto (at the moment anyway) since not that many people can compare to the career he's had.

Love em both, duran is my all time favourite and pac is one of my fav of the moment. But in my opinion pac isnt close yet. Maybe thats biased people always look kindly on the past. But i think its fair to say pacman needs to do alot more. Agree with one of the other posts duran top 5 pfp of all time.
