Yea i remember when pac got knocked out by bums. lol He can't handle pressure for ****, and looks like a lost baby in front of a stiff jab.. I know he's weak to the body too.. I mean sanchez had him begging for mercy.. Marquez never got knocked out by journeymen.:bart
Mayweather Sr. made light of this on the last 24/7 episode. Not only does Pac have a Glass Body his Chin is also untested at 140 also.
If Hatton leads in with a jab all the time he might do it. Pac freezes on a good jab! He should use as many dirty tactics as possible and maybe Pac will feel like crying like when he fought Sanchez!
i don't think we're talking about the same pac-man here. this isn't the same fighter as the guy in those videos. i agree that his body/chin are untested at 140, but the guy's a rock. not to mention he's gonna be showing hatton a hell of a lot of different angles and sticking and moving. ricky's gonna have to really make this a brawl in order to get clean access to the body. pac can be very elusive, he moves in and out and turns really, really well. time will tell, if anyone's got a good chance its hatton. i can't wait.
man, those videos are at least 10 years old when pac was still a flyweight (112)... :-( atsch pac just recently fought @147 and is now fighting at 140. well, jmm did land a great body shot on pac in the 8th round of their rematch @130. pac did get hurt by it but he still took it and didn't go down. in fact, pac went on to win the next 2-3 rounds after that. dlh also landed about two left hook body shots but they didn't seem to bother pac. pac has improved his punch resistance to the body throughout the years. that's why he lets his sparring partners hammer away at this body during training as well as having that stick routine. the more pac has moved up in weight, the more his punch resistance to the body has improved.
Using videos from 10 years ago saying he is weak in the body is foolish. Pacquiao is a lot better now then he was then.
Or maybe Pacquiao has learned from those early fights and learned from the losses? Or MAYBE just MAYBE improved? JMM gave Pac some nice bodywork in their second fight and Pacquiao never gave any indication of being hurt by them....
hmm says... ^^ what they said; he has improved. That body shot from Tempura****er however you spell his name was a blind shot that Pac didn't see coming. The average boxer would've went down. Happened to me and it hurts like hell. That 2nd lost he probably didn't see as well cause his gloves where at his head. "the ones don't see coming hurt the most."
