5 years from now. 5 years is a long time. That said, I feel confident it won't be either of the current champions. Tyson Fury will regain his rightful place on the throne but I'm not sure how many years his reign will last. Hughie Fury once he has physically matured and has added savage HL reel KO power to his arsenal is a good bet. Joe Joyce, Hrgovic, Dychko and Dubois are also in with a good shout too and some of them will probably go onto win versions of the HW at the very least. Teslenko maybe too. The current HW landscape is a horrific vomit inducing barren wasteland populated by glass-jawed wooden Herman Munster cloned giants who took up the sport late after transitioning from other sports and are completely devoid of any semblance of skill. Hopefully Usyk and Gassiev can inject some life into this moribund wasteland of talentless bums and resurrect it from the dead.
That's where you're wrong. If everything was about Belts, why does Brook have a higher career pay day than Thurman/Garcia/Spence? Why is GGG's highest payday (besides Canelo) against a Welterweight in the UK? Fighters generate money, not belts.
Haye is a terrible example. He was nowhere near a 'PPV Star' without an opponent. Klitschko is the far better example. Career high pay day came against Joshua, coming off a loss, with 0 belts...Why? German + Ukranian fans.
He made $25m vs Povetkin so you're wrong there. And WK Joshua was a title fight with WK the ten year lineal champion. You'd be better using Mike Tyson's comeback as your example. I don't see Joshua in non title fights generating anything like that hype.
