Fury beat him, how could he still be lineal champ?

Wlad had 4 losses before Joshua, still earnt 10x Wilder.

Losses are not as important as you think.

Wlad hadn't had a loss in ten years before Fury and had dominated every opponent, your point is moot.

You can same the same about Joshua....Should he lose to Wilder, or anyone who gives him his 1st loss.

You're starting to be stupid. If Joshua loses he may not walk straight into another title fight. If he does, he could lose again in a rematch vs the guy who beat him. You seem to think after this he is like WK after Fury? Well that guy was 41 and had one more fight. Joshua is not going to be generating huge ppv in non title fights after he's been dominated or KO'd for his belts. The hype bubble will be over.

    So why wasn't Wlad's?

He was going into Fury and Joshua fights with losses, and still drew huge audiences.

Wlad was not a hype bubble. He was a proven ten year dominant champion which was why he got paid as such. Are you stupid?

Impressive seeing numerous people picked Joshua so early in his professional career.

Looking to the next 5 years...

Will Wilder and Fury have any longevity? I'm a big fan of both, but they don't seem particularly stable. At best, Fury will come back soon and do very well, but will probably end up taking multiple years off again for whatever reasons. Wilder will probably just end up getting knocked out due to his risky style.

AJ, although perhaps overhyped, shows very good discipline, consistent activity, and is fairly young. It wouldn't be hard to imagine him continuing his reign for a while. On the other hand, I can also see Wilder or Fury dethroning him.

For the prospects, I'd probably have to favor Hrgovic and Dubois. I really approve of the way Hrgovic is progressing. And Dubois, although far from perfect, is incredible for how young he is. I would like to see Dubois raising the stakes a bit more now that he has some fights under his belt however.

I've been excited about Teslenko and Mladen Miljas in the past, but they're really not active enough. Seems too likely they'll just squander away their potential by letting their best years go by.

Hughie Fury is also worth acknowledging. He's very young and damn near got himself a belt, but I think he'll really have to make some drastic changes to go any further in his career. He sure does have the time to do so though.

Then there's the remaining Olympic medalists -- Joyce, Yoka, and Dychko. Joyce is old, but I see some potential. People seem very down on Yoka, but I think he's doing okay (I didn't watch his Olympic performance though). Dychko... has done nothing to impress me so far and I have low hopes for him.

    Great bump!

From this point (2018), I'll cast my vote that neither Joshua or Wilder (the two current title holders at HW) are still undefeated. Whatever that's worth. And Tyson Fury's "comeback" has long proven a poor result for him by then.

If Fury does not go nuts again, he could be champion five years from now, perhaps Sirenko? We never know for sure.................
