    Arce has an underrated resume. He's got some good, though fairly obscure lower weight names on his resume.

    Was a hell of a fighter but glad he retired. Happy he stayed in boxing though as he is a commentator now.

    If you count interim titles, he is technically a 4 weight division champion!

    "It's so easy to do nowadays," yeah, but still there has only been 16 in history. Arce one of 'em!

    Excellent fighter in his prime. A genuine crowd pleaser, popsicle sucker, cowboy hat mr personality, always exciting in the ring. I remember his 2 ass kicking battles with Hussein Hussein and with Darchinyan.
    I thought he brought much needed glamour to the lower weight division.
