The question is do you see Williams taking that fight and being 100% mentally?

At this point I don't and I don't want to see FMJ face anyone not 100%. This is the same reason why I don't want Margarito in the mix so soon.

  2. DLH is not particularly big at LM, either - as seen by his smallness at MW. Floyd was fine in that fight - he won afterall. You seem to want to defend FLoyds choice not to exert himself. Wouldn't you like to see him prove how great he is? Like Whitaker and Sugar Ray Leonard did?

As for PAC, I wish he didnt fight at catchweights too, but I have a more positive view on it than you: I think Pacquiao, a Junior Welterweight, deserves credit for beating Cotto at 145, catchweight or not. Cotto looked good, said the weight wasn't a problem, and just got destroyed. Many people were predicting Cotto to win before the fight. When Pacquiao won, they take refuge in "catchweight".

If Floyd were fighting Junior Middleweights at catchweights im sure you would be crediting him not trivializing the win because it was at a catchweight.

I agree. Collazo is my pick. I hadn't even thought of the fact that he brings the ethnic star power with him. I like the guy and just forgot. That is one more selling factor.

I like him, but Bradley needs to get get the winner of Khan/Maidana out of there. Maybe even serve or attempt to serve Urango. If he handles that challenge he can then start looking to move up. He would set 2011 off right.

  4. Yeah I think Williams would be fine. If he isnt then that's his problem.

I can see your point. Sometimes there is more endearment in a hard earned defeat than an easily earned win. Still I don't know if he is LM big.

His next fight needs to be at 147 no catch weights. Running up snatching a "money" fight is good to go, but if you are going to stay in a division you have to drop the catch weights.

I disagree, UNLESS he does it for more than two fights and he hangs around up there. I can almost understand Manny asking for a second catchweight fight due to the fact that DLH was so out of it.
