Both have earned the right to be bitter.

**** if I knew I deserved the victory and should of had at least deserved a draw and instead got a loss I'd be bitter too. JMM never lost to Pacquiao and Hagler never lost to Leonard. They lost to the judges.

both were damn close. jmm vs pac could have truly gone either way by a point. hagler gave up the first 4 rounds to leonard...the reason he's so pissed off is cause he blames himself.

Marquez has almost no reason to be bitter of.

First, he should have lost the first fight. He should be lucky to have gotten a draw from the technical error of the judge.

2nd, he was the one who turned down an immediate rematch with Pac, when he asked for a bigger share of the purse split.

    3rd, he got his rematch.

kind of sucks though for jmm, when you think about how pac is getting 10-20 million everyfight and he has a reasonable claim to beating him and gets peanuts in comparison.

He can blame himself and his management for it.

When he was fighting the likes of Salido, Polo, Jaca, Pac had a trilogy with Morales.

He had his shot of fighting Morales and what did he do? In comparison, When Pac had his chance to fight in the US against Ledwaba, Pac took the fight on a 2 weeks notice and accepted $50 K purse.

If JMM would stay on his damn feet he wouldn't have a reason to be bitter! For gods sake...The guy gets knocked down 3 times in the first, and expects an easy victory in the judges eyes. I give him mad respect for coming back, and making the decision very close, but c'mon...Bitter of that fight?!
Then he gets knocked down once in the other fight with Pac! He gets knocked down by Flody...Gets knocked down by Katsidis....Stay on your feet, and you won't have a reason to be bitter!
