I call BS. :deal Arum went into negotiations for the fight and WALKED when the numbers changed. The testing was obviously the center of attention during negotiations as the timelines kept changing, but when push came to shove Bob was willing to make the date as long as the $$$ was square.

When the numbers changed, it was too much for Arum, and that's why the fight didn't happen. Team Pac agreed to the testing, but refused the almost $5mil swing at the end.

I guess when Floyd saw the deal getting ready to be done, he figured he had no other out except to hit Bob where it hurts, in the wallet.:rofl
