Dude are you blind? Floyd wanted full testing from the start. He then offered a 14 day cut off to Manny which Manny refused to take. Floyd said after that Manny will not get another cut off offer. End of discussion. Team Pacquiao said later leading up to the Margarito fight that they agreed to full testing that Floyd wanted but Koncz said they didn't but propose a 7 day cut off. So to end this back and forth, Manny never agreed to 14 days when giving the chance and he didn't agree to full testing as well. :deal I have nothing more to say to you about it bc I presented you with facts.
