Every single boxer except for Sven Ottke is underrated.

Depends who you ask, same as any "overrated/underrated" discussion.

They both deserve their high rankings.

actually floyd was rated more because of his percepted skills while pac is rated highly because of his resume. while floyd does have a good resume, he could have done more based on what he was perceived while pac has achieved more than what his skill was perceived.

Pretty much this, and with that said, I voted that Pac is overrated while floyd is Underrated.

    Why?

Pacquiao seems to have come to a point where you've got some people claiming that he is top 10 all time :)rofl:patsch), while Floyd is just considered a great boxer and true former p4p, but not on that level yet. Yet, MOST people will probably still pick Floyd to win this fight, the h2h ideas do not match up with the thoughts on overall value.
