I personally think Floyd is a bit more past his prime. Pac looked exceptional in his last 2 fights against Bradley and Algieri while Floyd didn't whitewash Maidana like he would've in his prime.

Up until Floyd's last two fights I thought Pac, now I've got to say Floyd.

Pac,because of his style,he is been into many wars, fighting bigger opponent, taking more damages, etc, we can floyd preserve his body well done pac,we age differently inside the ring.

This is the reason I also say Pacquiao.

Pacman has a high energy style that ages very poorly. His punch output has dropped tremendously. He has taken way more punishment. Floyd fights in a low energy style with low output and low risk. He has taken little damage, and his style ages well.
Pac is much further past his prime.

All true. On paper, you would have to say Pac. But if you look at recent performances, Pac has looked better imo. For me, when I saw Floyd have trouble with a slow, plodder like Maidana, that was very telling. In his prime, Maidan doesn't even touch Floyd.

Pac, on the other hand, dominated p4p stud Bradley and KD Algieri like 6 times. He could've easily been credited with his first ko in years.

i would have said pac until floyd v maidana 2. he was getting hit and what looked like outboxed in the centre of the ring at times. the first fight was closer and more competitive sure but thats because of maidana pinning and roughing up floyd who did a very good job on the inside defending and countering. the rematch we saw floyd look average in HIS DOMAIN (boxing the center of the ring) against a guy who is not known for his boxing ability

pacs clearly lost a few steps mainly in the aggression department, for a while i felt his stamina took a massive hit especially in bradley 1 where it seemed he was only fighting for 1 minute a round but he has since picked it way back up and in the 4th fight with marquez showed us that he does still have the ability to be ferocious but because of how that fight ended i dont think we will see that reckless pac ever again (might be for the better)

    conclusion - about the same

After watching Floyd's last 2 fights, it's the first times I ever thought PAC has a chance to beat him. I think Floyd's slipping and has declined more.
