    My point wasn't that he wasn't the most popular or well known athlete in the world. I even stated Mike Tyson is a lot more popular than Mayweather.

    But you can't say that Mayweather does not appeal to non-boxing fans, if you truly believe that he doesn't then you need to come out of your cave and get with the real world.

    Here in Brazil all know who was Tyson.
    Floyd - just boxing fans.

    But SPORTV channel, has broadcast many fights here in Brazil, and Globoesporte has talked a lot about boxing. Articles about Mayweather, Pacquiao and others.
