who is more shot, erik morales or roy jones jr.?

Easily Jones. Were not talking about Jones vs Morales now, its Jones now vs Morales on the 2nd Pac fight. On the 2nd Pac fight Morales was still a p4p rated fighter who has previously in the same year won over the current p4p #1. On that fight we also see Morales have the energy to go to war. Jones looked like an old man who just couldnt throw punches.

 

If we are talking about the 2nd Morales fight, No Morales was not shot.

The Morales that showed up against Pac in the 2nd fight would beat any other fighter in the division including Barrera in a 4th fight at the time. Its not even remotely possible to compare the two.


But if we're talking about the Morales in the 3rd Pacquiao fight against RJJ against Calzaghe then its comparable.

 

roy is still a top ten LHW. there isn't much out there below the top three or four.

most people who are voting Morales are probably thinking Morales today, not the Morales from the 2nd Pac fight. The way you posted your question, most people will miss that premise.

Morales was still a very good fighter in the second fight. He was on his way to being shot. Roy Jones Jr. is shot. If you mean the third Pacquiao fight, then it's pretty close.
