Not Mayweather. Would some of you feel different if that butt had split Floyds eyes open? There's some unwritten rule that you have to accept a bull**** apology? Ortiz couldnt even be honest later and admit that it was intentional. Cortez is incompetent.

Ortiz and Cortez in that order. Ortiz created the situation. Cortez couldn't control it.

    1. Cortez was just clueless

    2. Ortiz is just one dumb idiot.

Mayweather did what he was supposed to do. Even though there was confusion, he realized time had been called in and took full advantage by clocking Ortiz.

To me that shows me just how good and alert Mayweather's reflexes are that he can react in a situation like that.

"Time in"....tat tat.......protect yourself at all times indeed.:deal

The question is who is MOST at fault, not who is (or which of the 3 are) at fault. Hence, answering or saying that all 3 is to blame is a moot point.

I voted for Ortiz because it all started from him. Had he not lost his cool back there and committed the headbutt:
    1) Floyd wouldn't have had pulled that sucker punch (or as some of you would call a 'cheap shot')
    2) Cortez's judgement and choice of action (or lack thereof) wouldn't be put in to question
    3) we all wouldn't be discussing this in the first place.
