Anderson is not proven, Like Makhmudov just got his gutcheck and didnt look the best, but he passed it. Anderson hasnt had his yet.
Anderson could be Dubois 2.0, a good exciting hard puncher with some skills until he steps up, But atleast Daniel has beat a few decent journeyman ranked opponents, it was just unfortunate he ran into Joe Joyce.
The way I see it he can fight a durable guy like Ali Demerizen, or a puncher like Ajagba or Dubois. I'm not sure he beats these guys tbh, I don't think he will ever be a top fighter
i think hes on their level, they are all 50/50 fights. i wouldnt make any of them favourites. i think he beats demerizen and ajagba but Dubios could beat him.
It's one thing to get tagged several times by rugged cagey durable veterans like Takam and another to get touched up by bums like Rovcanin and Tereshkin. Anderson's defense is far more porous than Makhmudov's, it took Takam awhile to get the range and timing down, those other two were just in Jared's face and landing at will. What happens when it's a guy with a solid set of whiskers that can withstand Anderson's overrated power? I mean, Kinglsey Ibeh almost went the distance with him. Thus far all we've really gleaned from their performances is, Makhmudov isn't quite as good as Joyce and Anderson is slightly better than Guido Vianello.
You do realize Wach is 42 years old and Rice was stopped by Demsey McKean as well. So the heavyweight division is so bad we are giving credit to guys for stopped washed up has beens. In fact Wach was never good in his prime. What we do know is Carlos Takam was knocked out by various other fighters yet Makmudov couldn't knock out a washed up version.
You do realize you sound like a desperately reaching hater right? Ajagba for as limited as he is, is a murderous puncher, he couldn't put Rice down post-Makhmudov. And yes, I'm aware McKean stopped him, with 13 seconds to go in a round that he wore himself out battering McKean from one side of the ring to the other. Wach is crap, and has always been crap, but he's crap with a granite chin, who even Whyte couldn't out a dent in, and his stoppage losses at that point were all a bit on the BS side. Povetkin and Miller were from a cut and a shoulder injury, the Bakole stoppage was legit, but still a TKO from eating too many brutal punches without going down. Makhmudov still remains the only mn to ever legit drop him to where he couldn't get back up. So just stop with this line of bull****. He drop Takam twice, it wasn't his lack of power that kept him from KOin Takam, it was his lack of accuracy. Now argue with me about that all you want, all it does is expose that YDKSAB.
I am a hater because I know boxing? Ajaba is a murderous puncher? Lol again who did Ajagba knock out? Nobody. So basically according to you. As long as you have a lot of knockouts fighting low level guys and old men then you are a hard puncher. Also again Wach was 42 years old. You do realize the older you get in boxing usually the worse your chin gets. You do realize the more wars you are in at boxing the worse your chin gets right. Saying Makhmudov is a hard puncher because he knocked out a old Wach is like saying Hector Camacho is a hard puncher because he knocked out a old Ray Leonard and Tommy Hearns and Marvin Hagler couldn't knock out a younger one. Wach's chin wasn't the same when he fought Makhmudov compared to win he fought Wladimir Klitschko years before. Also you can never expose me. What you will do is ban me because my boxing knowledge is superior to yours.
Makhmudov beats Jared Anderson. Once Anderson realises he cannot intimidate Makhmudov, he will lose his composure. Makhmudov may not be the finished article but he has faced these loud mouths throughout his career.
No... I'm banning you because you're an alt of a recently banned poster, and an ultra negative angry pissy know nothing **** posting troll.
I think someone like Hammer would be likely. Fact is he will need to go back to the gym and work on his skills before he steps in with someone like Takam again. He barely scraped by a gate keeper and if he was thrown in with someone like Hughie Fury or Chisora he might end up with his first loss. Ajagba might be a fun fight with too very limited punchers. I think Makhmudov could beat Ajagba and look good doing it, that might bring back some of the shine that was lost by the Takam fight.
