Hopefully Trinidad has hung up the gloves permanently. I was never really a fan but I hate to see top class fighters carrying on when they are shot to bits.

Barrera is fighting some patsy for the Warren Boxing Organisation interim 135lb title......

Witter is fighting Devon Alexander (supposedly) for the interim WBC title. Queue more calling out of Ricky Hatton.

Trinidad said he wanted to make at least 2 fights in 2009 before he retires

Tito should retire ... my favorite fighter of all time, has seen better days. And I don't see him upsetting any of the top supermiddle or light heavies out there.
He still can put butts in seats though and he's very likeable.

Barrera has a fight coming up and probably is going to be ready for a title shot sooner or later ... I just hope its not against Valero. He and Campbell would be a great fight ...

I read that Junior Witter is going to fight Devon Alexander for the WBC interim lightweight title.
