If you're gaining any info from about 90% of this board then God help you. I really hope you're not. There's a few good posters if you dig around enough but for the most part it's trolls, fanboys, and haters.

He knocked him out. KO4. Pacquiao hasn't knocked anyone out since Cotto. Are you saying he's a boring bum?

Mayweather vs. Alvarez was fairly entertaining for being so one-sided; Mayweather vs. Cotto was very entertaining.

Wlad certainly was in his last defense, at least.

Yes but if sensible fans show in these polls that among them (intelligent diehard fans of the sport) guys like Rigondeaux, Lara, and Mayweather by and large AREN'T seen as boring, that could effect a paradigm shift and get those guys more airtime while limiting that of through-and-through spoilers like Mora and Abril. :deal

Rigondeaux and mayweather are masters at what they do, I find them amazing to watch just for their skills. I personally wouldn't describe wlad as boring, just frustrating to watch as he doesn't need to clinch as much as he does. Hopkins can be forgiven for his current style, no one should expect a 49 year old guy to be going in there like a young tyson, but he is pretty draining to watch. Ward can let his hands go when he needs to, I enjoyed his last fight.

With regret I have to pick Hopkins.

I recognize his talent, but Miguel Vazquez is tough to watch for me, for whatever reason.

Well...I just don't really understand why this guy complained. I didn't mean to do anything to spoil the sport of boxing. Boxing is the sport that I love but I just wanna know who the most boring boxer in your opinion is. That's it. There are no hate, no bias, no discrimination here. We just said what we saw or what we felt, ok?

The truth is there are good and bad, fun and boring in every kind of sport. So you want me to post only the list of exciting fighters here? Is that what you want me to do? WHY? Tell me!:huh

See, for some reason I don't have that problem. I never minded watching a guy like Sergiy Dzinziruk either.

To me the Mora/Abril types are much harder to sit through.

I would rather a guy stick a jab and keep it moving and otherwise refuse to engage, than have guys spend every second imitating threatened octopuses. Er...octopi? Hey, the auto-correction tool on Firefox accepts both of those as legitimate pluralization options. Cool.

It all depends on which fights I've seen and what mood I was in at the time, I guess.

    I didn't mind watching Dzinziruk.

I kinda don't understand why I don't like watching Vazquez. I can't explain it if I break it down, it just is. Once again, I more than appreciate what he's done (but if he was popular and held to the standard of a top notch fighter, he'd be shunned on these forums for opponent selection; luckily those type of goons don't even know who Vazquez is, so no problem).
