After the struggle Floyd had with a past prime Cotto, is Pacquaio P4P #1 or is Floyd still P4P King?

Even if Floyd KOd Cotto in Round 1, Pac still. That was prime Cotto he dominated, not a fat chubby one with losses on his mind.

Pac did not dominate a prime Cotto. He fought a weight drained Cotto with no trainer who had just suffered a beat down by the hands of a man with bricks for firsts.

Floyd beat him in Cotto's weight division that floyd wasn't comfortable in.

Also, Cotto looked better in this fight than in the Pac fight.

Pacs Last five fights barring the marquez fight were against fighters who were either coming off of loses, or a bad performance.. And most were at catch weights u lame.
