Inoue is after today. Crawford should've stayed more active this year

Crawford blew it by not staying active and deciding not to face Ennis while getting himself stripped from the IBF. He would have easily have a better argument if he fought and beat Ennis IMO.

The answer was, is, and always has been Naoya Inoue.

Usyk for me. Him moving up from cruiser an still having to meet fighters taller, stronger, an harder hitting as well as weighing maybe 20-40 pounds heavier than himself is a lot harder than Crawford an Inoue going up 10 or 14 pounds up the weight classes where they may still retain an edge in speed an power.

    1. Inoue
    2. Crawford
    3. Usyk.

If usyk beats fury, than usyk is definitely nr 1 as long as craword won't become middleweight champ or inoue moving up to 130 and becoming champ

It's Inoue and you are being silly if you argue otherwise, overvaluing the Errol Spence win. Inoue dominated Fulton who everyone thought was the best in the division, then for the most part dominated a clearly more dangerous foe (as stated leading up to the fight by Inoue himself) who was more accomplished as a two-weight world champion, unified champion, and a win over the highly rated MJ Akhmadaliev.

If Crawford had another fight against even a Boots Ennis then I could see the argument, but inactivity does him in.

He is clearly ducking Ennis after he refused to take Spence at 154 and now even dropped the Charlo plans.

Inoue has passed Crawford. Moving up to a higher weight class and stopping the top 2 fighters in it to become undisputed beats anything Crawford has done this year.

10 - 14 pounds is a lot when you consider how much % of their body weight that is.

He cant fight Ennis next because he has the rematch clause with Spence. However, Ennis blew his shot at fighting Crawford when he turned it down and Crawford fought Avanesyan
