Who is Pimpin Who out of Golden Boy, Showtime and Mayweather Jr.?

Everyone is pimping Showtime, Floyd got his 32m set fee locked up, after the Canelo fight outside of Pacquiao who will sell big buys, Showtime will still have to pay Floyd his money even if the fight did 700k so they are likely to loose money on at least some of the remaining Mayweather fights. But you forget the biggest pimp in boxing is Al Haymon guy get 20% of what Floyd earns and for what?

 

For what? He was probably active in Floyd's Showtime contract.

All these fighters aren't thanking Al Haymon for no reason.

All's style is cool. He isn't visible and loud mouthed like King and Arum. He stays behind the scenes, strategies, gets paid and is invisible. Everybody always comments that he is the smartest guy they've ever met. Arum must hate his guts.

 

They have mutually beneficial relationships. Floyd beats up GBP's stable. Their fighters get bigger names for fighting Floyd and Showtime gets ratings while they provide GBP with their own channel

 

Can someone explain Al Haymon's role? I know he's managing and advising his fighters but is he also instructing Schaefer as well as far as promoting the events? It seems like he has way too much power/control for being only an advisor.
