I'm sure Mayweather has insecurties. However, He's not the reason the fight hasn't and likely won't happen. Had Pacquiao agreed to a minor inconcioance known as random PED testing. The fight would have happened. Pacquiao had stronger negoicating points when this fight first started to peak our intrest. Since than his in ring preformances have not been as good and his poistion has decreased. There was a time when he could have reasonably asked for 50/50 or even the lion's share. That time is gone.

I see that Tards have totally ignored my point. IF OSDT is not a problem now why was it a problem then? If they agreed to it 2 years ago the fight would have been made back then.

Arum blocked it back then with a 1001 excuses and he said no from the beginning this time around . . . plain and simple. Pac cannot agree to a fight with Arums OK:deal

If Floyd said ok we would know if Team Pac really wanted it.
The thing is Floyd walked away from a fair split that isn't even a problem during the first negotiations.

I see you have no idea how negotiations work . . . lol. Plus you totally ignored my point. They would have fought 2 years ago if Arum did not make 1001 excuses against OSDT . . . but now it is OK!

PBF offer 50-50 back then, but today is a whole new ball game.

the thread is asking who is at fault. My point is that it is and always has been Arum who has been blocking this. No one can answer that question. I think if Arum was not in the mix this would have happened a long time ago.
