Who is really at fault? Floyd or Pacquiao

Currently Floyd's Fault, If he didn't give a ***** of an offer or just agreed to the 50-50 (which was ok back then but now magically not ok because Floyd says so) then we would know who is at fault.

Fact still remains, Floyd walked away from the fair offer.

 

After Pac's 55% to the winner and then 70 - 30% to the winner offer, it seems clear who is trying to get the fight made and who is Bullshitting.
