Yeah probably, I think there are a lot of fighters in the past who at their best would have beaten Mayweather. I think Pernell Whitaker would have beaten Mayweather at 135 and 147, just my opinion and it's all ifs and buts.
Floyd beats him. Prime Floyd's wisely philly shell was clearly better than Whitaker's risky head movements. And.. young Floyd was KO machine. Offensive gap was even larger. Out-boxers couldn't beat Floyd. Water is wet.
