    It's Dereck Chisora. He is the one who got the shot against Vitali after beating Helenius.
    I don't know how anyone could say Haye is the third best since he hasnt fought in a year and he never beat a top 10 contender in the HW division. Haye's best win is Valuev and we all know Valuev was the least talented HW champ in history and he still gave Haye trouble. Chisora beat Helenius so it's him.
