Its between Muhamed Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Willie Pep and Henry Armstrong, to put it in order is the hard part
Sugar Ray Robinson, Leonard, Ali, or Duran for me. I mention Leonard because although he only had like 37 fights in his whole career, his resume is pretty much untouched.
No such thing. There have been a lot of great fighters throughout history in several weight classes. I just group the all-time greats together and decide who deserves to be among those names. Who is greater than who is completely subjective. The big 3 I would say are: Ali, SRR, and Henry Armstrong.
Excuse me? Muhammad Ali fought and cleared out what is widely considered to be the greatest era of Heavyweight boxing. He did it during his prime and again after his prime, he beat everybody there was to beat, so mentioning Ali in this thread is not illogical.
