Chris Byrd, who made Vitali punch air for nine rounds and hurt himself.

Why do you say that? Wlad probably hits harder than Haye, and Haye by necessity would be cautious against the Peter that fought Wlad (so he's not going to rush him, or go toe to toe). Vitali who fought Peter was more of an accumulation puncher but Peter is at least as tough as Ruiz, so even the version who fought Vitali would last many rounds against a cautious Haye.

Well the Sanders head butt probably helped since he didn't have his clubs that day...

The undefeated, trim Peter that fought Wlad would give any heavyweight real trouble. At that time he was no joke - good chin, fast, hungry and aggressive.

That guy would have beaten Haye and it wouldn't have been pretty.

Apart from that I think Haye would have beaten all of the others.

Haye is a real live challenge for Wlad. Another Corrie Sanders, even better so.

It will be his defining, make or break fight.

and very overrated by the likes of yourself. i'm surprised peter had as much success as he did against wladimir, but then on the other hand all you got to do is land against wladimir and it all goes pear shaped for him.

    Ageed.

Of all Wlad's opponents, Byrd is the only fighter with a good resume.

You obviously know **** about boxing.

Chambers was able to stand _right_in_front_of Peter and win *every* round.

I repeat, Chambers was able to stand _right_in_front_of_ Peter and win *every* round.

Peter may have good handspeed, excellent power, and aggression - however, his balance is **** and he wouldn't know a straight punch unless getting hit by one. Peter is a very crude puncher with no boxing ability to speak of. I doubt the man could spell the word 'jab' - let alone throw an effective one...

Haye beats him by W I D E UD and makes it look easy...

    Hmm well

chagaev has the best total pedigree including amateurs

byrd has the best pro pedigree by far

but on the night, i think the best boxer he face was brewster 1... prime motivated brewster was a beast

as for haye... i think he stops byrd, outboxes brewster (dunno if he could do it for twelve rounds) against chagaev now he stops him, the guy has skill but he got a gift against ruiz an takes punches, anyone who takes punches will lose to haye

    Peter? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl

the guy won 3 rounds and his face looked like he was stung by 100 bees after the fight. He had 1 legit knockdown and that was it. Peter has no skills and it is why he is relegated to fighting Class D opposition at this stage in his career. The guy has yet to beat anyone worth a crap. Not to mention his quit job before Vitali could KO him.
