Among the choices, who is America's top boxing writer?

Why on earth is Dan Rafael even an option ?

He's less respected in boxing than people like Pacdbest and JohnCo

Dan Rafael is one of the top writer's this sport has to offer. Why you feel the need to dissrespect the man is beyond me.

I like Kevin Iole mainly because he offers predictions and analysis for all the big fights. He does bad on some and good on others (much like Rafael's scoring). I haven't read much of Borges' work recently, so I can't comment too much on him. From what I've seen in the past, he's a solid writer.

I respect all of them and they do a good job getting boxing attention on ESPN and Yahoo Sports, which is great for the sport. But to be honest, I value your opinion (BigReg) more than any of the boxing writers on these sites.

Take it from someone who reads him often...its Borges. The man's boxing knowledge is unreal. He is very conteversial, but trust me, he knows his ****.

I also don't get the constant knocking of Dan Rafael. I understand there might be better comlumnists out there, but to me I respect his opinion and I find him to be spot on a lot of the time. And of course he gets things wrong, everyone does.

Dan Rafael is not to be taken seriously.

Ron Borges is one of the best.
