Are we talking about the same Tyson? The one who killed opponents with those inside hook-uppercut combos? The one with 30 more pounds of muscle? The one whose hands are exponentially faster than Marciano's?

I dont agree because no one was able to survive him and win, Walcott hit much harder than Holmes and had excellent footwork. Holmes had an excellent jab but not really the feet that Walcott had and I really like Rocky's right hand in this one and his finishing power. I see this like the Tyson fight for Larry but a later stoppage and a lot more competitive if a prime Holmes but Larry goes down and out

He stands a decent shot against the likes of Holmes, Ali and Louis. Pretty much anyone outside of the really big, skilled heavies.
He loses to monster punchers like Foreman, Tyson and probably Liston.

On the basis of his greater speed, bigger size ,and better movement its easy to pick Joe over Rocky. On the basis of better two handed power I give Rocky a slight edge. Easy to see both arguments:good

I agree. Frazier shouldn't lose this fight but he might.

I always like Marciano until I keep and keep studying styles...I think marcainos, one punch ,plant footed measuring style is his undoing here.frazier has a weakness to hard punches but,Marciano needs to be the work horse,he meets another work horse here with more movement, and really Marciano looked forward to a guy up at him ,I don't think frazier of 71 losses to Marciano any year, and he out hussles the rock for a decision win.

Tyson got hit by Bonecrusher, Ruddock and Bruno, giant powerpunchers with greater strength and leverage. He didn't stay hit against those guys.

And the ones who finished him anywhere near his prime took many rounds to do it.

Just how is Marciano going to survive many rounds against Tyson's attack, one for which he is physically ill-equipped to deter.

Tyson would be a tough opponent, but I dont even know if Tyson has the power to stop Marciano since Marciano was never close to being stopped and I know Rocky could stop Tyson with his hardest shots. Also the longer the fight goes the more things would swing in Marciano's favor.

Walcott had him down and then had him reeling and almost finished in the 11th.

    Moore had him seriously buzzed.

Tyson's power was another level from these guys.
