    Koscheck --too bad gsp is in his division

    Matt Serra has fought in the ufc before the ultimate fighter so i don't really consider him like the others.

    The current version of Josh Koscheck is better than any other fighter to be on TUF has ever been, but he wasn't anywhere near as good as that when he was actually on the show. So Koscheck would be my answer, but if we are talking who was the best when they were actually on the show then I'd say probably Michael Bisping or Rashad Evans, although I was really really impressed by Mac Danzig's performances as well.

    And the worst would be Blake Bowman. He was diabolically bad. Even worse than Joey Scarola and that fat piece of **** that never actually got to fight, Gabe Ruediger.
