    Based on accomplishments I would have to say Kostya Tszyu. On a head to head basis would probably go with Aaron Pryor.

    I have to agree, Tszyu unified the division and was champ for quite a while but H2H its hard to see anyone beating Pryor at 140.

    We have to be honest. We didn't see Pryor against that many very good to great stylists, and none in their prime. I'd like to have seen him better tested. Would've made for a clearer chance to analyze his full ability.

    Well Said Talent wise its hard to go past The Hawk.

    The best i think to grace that division were
    Pryor
    Tszyu
    Chavez

    in any order they would all be at the top of my list.
