Especially when he gets his man hurt. Who's the boxer that will not relent until his opponent finally crumbles? Cite a given fight where he exemplified such ferocity...
Pacquiao's speed, power, punch variety, accuracy, workrate, make him the top finisher in my mind. He also puts combos better together than probably anyone else today. His overall offensive arsenal is clearly superior to anyone else in the sport today IMO.
great topic. a great finisher smells blood, keeps their head on their shoulders (while trying to knock the other boxer's head off their shoulders...), and delivers accurate, punishing blows, getting the combos going, and clubbing the opponent down. got to say, pavlik gave a great show last year, margarito of course recently, bute has had some greats... anyway yeah - great question. a heads up imo - kessler was a great finisher, and i think we'll see that come back.
Now i will ignore everything you say. Try Juan Diaz as putting combos together the best. He puts together 5-6 punch combos throughout the fight.
Pavlik has a great killer instinct whenever he has a man hurt. Not a one punch kind of guy, though he obviously has great power. He hurts you, he is hunting you down, and he has great accuracy.
Freitas was gassed and Katsidis was never hurt by J. Diaz. When I asked if they were SERIOUSLY hurt by the combos, it meant if they were wobbled or KD'd...
