Who is the best H2H LHW? (Poll)

Charles - what else can you say about someone who's 3-0 H2H vs. arguably the 2nd best LHW all-time?

 

Think it has to be Charles. He’s the most proven by a bit

 

We could technically put Greb up there based purely on results, for some reason he was kryptonite to the light heavys and arguably has the best list of scalps in LHW history. All while being a middleweight.

 

You could put Greb up on a cross and worship him, that's not the point. We're talking god fearing men, not godly men.

 

That and from 1944-1950 he went on an unbelievable winning streak beating a wide mix of hall of fame light heavyweights and heavyweights

 

I can't decide between Archie and Ezzard since both are so great.

 

If only they had fought 3 times whilst both were vastly experienced, but not yet past prime

 

Charles beat Moore but still Moore record is damn impressive tho.

But Charles beat Burley and Moore lost against him.

 

Yes, Moore's record is immense, he has a strong claim as a top 20 p4p ATG, accordingly.

Their 3 fights are a substantial indicator as to who was better H2H during their respective primes.

I am sure if Charles had fought for the MW title ( think it was on hold ) he would have beaten whomever held the crown, likewise with LHW title, so he could very well have been a 3 weight champ, if and if, I mean he is held in very high regard as it is, but with 3 titles under his belt his standing surely would have gone up ?

That's a good point,Moore might have won the middleweight title if he had gotten a chance at it too,imo.
