    Helenius lost 10 rounds against Chisora. He's incredibly overrated based on knocking out a Sam Peter fighting for a retirement cheque.

    True, Povetkin is not American or British.

    However...following him are Thompson, Arreola, Chambers and Mitchell. All Americans that would easily beat any of the British HW's out there.

    Well, I'll take that back. Price could probably beat Mitchell.

    Aside from that, the Brits have **** soft contenders.
