Bruno's career has been subject to some downright weird revisionism.

The British public loved him, but they saw him as a likeable looser.

    A heroic British failure.

The ultimate proof that no British fighter would ever hold the heavyweight title again!

Anybody who had held the lineal title from 1910 onwards, would have been very safe in fantasy fights back then!

Norton did far better v Ali than Bruno would have, his cross armed defense would be too much for Frank, Bruno could never have had a war with Holmes like Norton did, Ken was far more proven and more skilled.

I agree with what you`re saying but a little confused, what about AJ, Fury and Lewis?

Spink`s guard was too good for Frank, Valuev`s reach would bother Frank who didn`t have the movement of Haye, Moorer did far better v Holy than Frank would have, which Ruiz are you talking about? Andy would have destroyed Frank, his hands are way too fast and his guard is too tight for the predictable punches Frank threw.

No way, Lewis was vastly better when Steward took over, Mercer was far better than anyone Bruno beat, Morrison would have knocked Frank out too.

Ingo was able to catch Floyd with his right hand, he would be too sharp for Frank and his win over Floyd in better than anything on Frank`s resume. Sharkey was better defensively than Bruno.

Nobody in the UK at the time, would have even dreamed about AJ or Fury, or even Whyte!

Perhaps Norton...but that probably isn't giving Ken enough credit. Trouble with heavy punchers or no, Ken was a far, far greater fighter.
