I'd say it's between Fury and AJ. I've thought for a while Fury is one of those boxers that raises his game accordingly. Put him in with a proven average opponent and you might well see an average performance from him. Put him in with a a top opponent you'll see him raise his game by levels. I don't know about AJ, as we all know he got ďemolished by Ruiz who is to me is very good, but then despite some opinions AJ fought the perfect fight in the rematch and did what was necessary to get his belts back, the words adaptability and resilience spring to mind, markers of top boxers. I know personalities don't come into the equation but just on a sidenote I like both AJ and Fury. Wilders power keeps him dangerous and in any conversation but I think Ruiz and Whyte would have his measure and who knows about Usyk yet. All opinion obviously.

Dont know but Wilder got badly badly exposed for the fraud that he is... conning the public till he fought a proper contender who wasnt old or lacking in the technical department

One trick ponies only go so far

I'm inclined to agree that he will be in the equation but I think until he puts in a performance or two at heavyweight against a name that puts any doubt out of people's minds then a lot of people are reserving judgement.

    • Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua (Fury 9:1 Favorite)
    • Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder III (Fury 3:1 Favorite)
    • Deontay Wilder vs Anthony Joshua (Wilder 3:1 Favorite)

Usyk is an underdog due to the smaller frame, but an undefeated Elite Cruiser & trying to post odds on him is just guessing

    Fury
    Joshua
    Wilder

Also, eltirado's odds looked ridiculous, so I went to check for myself.
    Joshua to beat Fury 13/8
    Joshua to beat Wilder 11/10

edit: damn, I clicked Joshi instead of Fury.

Based on their last fights respectively ( Joshua / Fury ) right now I'd say Fury is currently the best heavyweight on the planet. Even though Joshua won the rematch against Ruiz, I thought he looked very stiff and un natural. Ruiz pulled a Leon and partied for most of his camp, showed up out of shape and got beat. I think the fight would be more competitive than Wilder Fury 2 was, but ultimately Fury would box AJ to a decision win.

    This fight didn't change anything.
It's still between Fury and AJ. That fight is a tough call.
