    Williams, by considerable distance. Ike Williams is an ATG fighter and part of a head to head holy trinity at lightweight - Williams, Duran, Whitaker, he's in that type of league.

    These other two guys aren't in that type of league.

    Williams was better than the other Ikes easily. Quartey is higher ranked than Ibeabuchi only because Ibeabuchi was busted and could not fight anymore. But Ibeabuchi was good.
