Klitschko was born in Kazakhstan to Ukrainian parents, as his father was constantly moving due to his involvement in the Soviet Air Force. He lived there for 9 years, I believe. That doesn't make him a Kazakh boxer at all, lol.
It's not even that. Let's say an American military man marries an American woman in the US, then they both are sent to serve in, say, Afghanistan. Their son is born there. Then they stay there for 9 years. Then they return to the US (their son is 9 years old). Does this make their son an Afghani boxer?
