Them last 3 beat Robinson when he was past the age of 40, and the loss to Maxim was to the heat, because Robinson done all the work in the fight and was clearly winning, while Maxim saved all his energy by throwing very little. none of them guys beat a peak Robinson.
boxing skill defence master counter puncher hand speed ray never dreamed about he had great legs his ability to move circle punch from any angle pin point accuraccy hit when he wants and he was a smart fighter you no damn well why jones was a good fighter and you know what clue i have if i had a million and the two were at there best i put it on roy with out even thinking about it
i agree but when did roy show a weak chin at mw and everyone knows if roy fought someone like turpin in his reign he would have been another nobody that jones fought cuz it would be no match but i like your analysis
You said he fought nobody's, I call that talking **** about a great fighter. you've still not answered my question, what does Roy do better than Ray:think
answer me this do you honestly belive anyone ray fought would really give roy any trouble in terms of p4p
my point was not that he fought nobodys but out of the 200 or so names that come up you 15 or 20 names that are known not that most people ever followed even there careers of the named guys but who were the other 180 190 guys you a dont know period that was my point thats all im not saying its not hard to fight 200 times cuz it is and he was a beast but i honestly dont think he could have beat jones if you do God bless you
Robinson's best weight was 147 pounds (during same day weigh-ins), Roy Jones's was 168 pounds and probably fought at closer to 180. I don't see why they're being directly compared.
randy was a great fighter and..........he's my hero, but he wouldn't beat jones. jones is a great great fighter but robinson who's best fighting weight was about 150 lb was even greater. ezzard charles would have taken jones out as would bob foster.
