Probably Povetkin. I think I'd take him H2H against any of the other Russian heavies, although Valuev would give him some trouble if he's on his game. Chagaev is the highest on my rankings, but based on skills and talent, Povetkin is the best, possibly the #2 or #3 HW right now, depending on whether his endurance is there yet. It will be easier to tell once Povetkin fights Byrd, who is a huge step up in competition for him. If he dominates Byrd like I think he will, then he's done enough to jump ahead of these other guys.

Ibragamov and Maskaev ain't much, and if they didn't win belts by beating extremely weak champions, nobody would really be talking about them.

Jesus christ, Ibragimov had to beat a giant steriod ridden idiot ,with one punch power. It was a dangerous fight because some one on that much drugs , can end a fight on one punch. Even much more power than Brewster.

Chagaev is not Russian. He was born and raised in Uzbekistan and he represents Uzbekistan not Russia.

The next person that says Chagaev is not Russian, I am going to put my hand threw your computer screen and strangle you. Whatever , if he is part Tartar, plenty of Russians are.

Chagaev is named "White Tyson"! Not EurAsian Tyson, or Asian Tyson! He is mostly Russian. Enough!!

That is it , I know at least Chagaevs dad was born in Russia. He is probably part Russian, Chechen, Tartar, and Uzbek. He calls himself "White Tyson " .
