Are you going to keep quoting old fighters at the end of their career who had received multiple losses before losing to Marciano as evidence of his greatness? Do you dispute that Tua would beat Marciano?
God I hope you guys are joking?? I know that moron Paulav or what every his name is, isnt joking but he is an idoit.
I chose ricardo lopez...Marciano was overrated,Calzaghe is the most overrated fighter of all time, and Floyd Mayweather need to step it up and fight fighters who are threats to him,and truly prove himself...untill mayweather fights and beat the best WELTERWEIGHTS out there,im sticking wit Ricardo Lopez..
Joe was done already. He got his ass kicked by the IRS and had no choice, but to fight. Marciano fought and beat good names that were old already. I give him props due to weighing only 185 and going up against HW's. The mob ran boxing back then, but that is another story.
Come on people! Are any of you familiar with Ricardo Lopez? He never lost a fight pro or amatuer. He was the greatest strawweight of all time, hands down. He beat the best of his time. He wasn't in a weak division, though he might've made it look weak at times. He was that good. Before any of you vote, if you haven't seen Lopez or enough of Lopez, then check this guy out. He was a very complete boxer. Mayweather? Let's take him off the list until he retires. He may not even be undefeated when he retires. Well, actually he probably will since he doesn't fight real welterweights.
In my eyes, Lopez lost once. He was given the nod or draw. I can't remember. He rematched the guy and won. I can't remember his name, but that should have been a loss hands down. Alvarez is his name who dropped Lopez in the second round and was deducted a point for an accidental headbutt.
